Specialized Physical Therapy is participating in this year’s Walk To End Alzheimer’s, the national fundraising event to help fight Alzheimer’s disease, on Saturday, September 17, 2016.

The funds raised through this annual event are used to support research for treating and preventing Alzheimer’s, and to help provide programs and support for improving the lives of those affected by the disease.

To make a donation, please visit the Specialized Physical Therapy Team page here, so that your contribution will count toward the team’s fundraising goal. You can donate directly through the Alzheimer’s Association’s secure online system. You can also sign up on their team page as a team member and join with Specialized Physical Therapy to help raise funds.
